The IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division is a key player in the Italian market for structured finance, capable of offering a complete range of products and services to its clients, depending on their market of reference. Amongst the structured finance activities, the Loan Agency & Support team is made up of two units, which work closely together to supply a broad array of Agent, Loan Financial and Monitoring services to support companies and financial institutions in their business.
